The Manitoba Water Services Board is requesting proposals to provide supply of Citric Acid 50% to Cartier Regional Water Co-op locations in St. Eustache, MB & Headingley, MB.

Cartier WTP is located at:  3651 River Road East, St. Eustache, MB  R0H 1H0
Headingley WTP is located at:  6000 Portage Avenue, Headingley, MB  R4H 1E8

Contract term to commence July 1st, 2021, and end June 30th, 2022.

Due to specific chemical quality and handling requirements at both the Cartier and Headingley Water Treatment Plants, the contract for the product specified herein will be assessed on the basis of quality and reliability of both the product and its delivery method, in addition to the cost.
