Description: 

1. Demolition of the existing Water Storage Tank Building including removal of all concrete and superstructure, and site piping as required for new piping connections.
2. Construction of a new Water Storage Tank Building consisting of a structural slab on grade with wood frame superstructure.
3. Installation of new storage tanks, process piping, plumbing drains, and mechanical HVAC systems.
4. Installation of new site piping connections to new building.
5. Installation of new electrical distribution and float control systems.
6. All work shall be conform to the plans and these specifications and the MWSB Standard Construction Specifications.
