The Manitoba Water Services Board (MWSB), on behalf of the City of Winkler, invites interested General Contractors (GCs) to submit relevant qualification information as it relates to the construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Upgrades Project. It is the intention of MWSB to short-list GCs, through evaluation of the Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) submissions. The “Pre-Qualified” GCs will then have the opportunity to submit bids for construction of the City of Winkler WWTP Upgrades Project when this Tender is made available. Due to the complexity of work, MWSB is looking for firms that have previous relevant experience or other directly transferrable experience.
