Demolition and removal of the existing wastewater treatment plant and outfall and site rehabilitation, including inventory waste material and chemicals requiring special disposal, removal of equipment to be salvaged, decommissioning and capping of underground pipes, demolition and removal of superstructures, demolition and removal of substructures with backfill and regrading of the wastewater treatment plant site and associated works as described in the Tender Documents.
