The Manitoba Water Services Board requests your proposal for the supply and related support services for a packaged wastewater treatment system to reduce the ammonia levels in wastewater effluent as stated in this RFP. The proposed system is to be integrated and operated in conjunction with the Municipality’s wastewater treatment lagoon system that is located just west of the Town of Russell Manitoba, Canada.
