The construction of a new secondary cell including: topsoil stripping, stockpiling and placement (23,400 cu.m.), excavation and embankment (33,200 cu.m.), supply and installation of rip rap (9,650 sq.m.), supply and installation of lagoon cell piping (27 lin.m.), low pressure sewer piping (1,555 lin.m.) and forcemain piping (185 lin.m.), perimeter fence, ditching and other associated works.
