Description: 

The Manitoba Water Services Board requests your proposal for the supply and related support services for the Treatment Equipment Supply and Piloting for the PVWC Letellier Water Treatment Plant located in Letellier Manitoba.
ii) Upon the completion of a review of proposals received, it is the intent of the MWSB to pre-select the successful Proponent and novate it into the Construction Contract for the PVWC Letellier Water Treatment Plant Upgrades project.
i. The overall general Construction Contract will be for the PVWC Letellier Water Treatment Plant Upgrades which is anticipated to be
tendered in March 2026 and awarded to a Construction Contractor if project is within budget.
iii) The Supply Contract referred to in this RFP concerns the supply of equipment and services for a Membrane Water Treatment System to be installed at the PVWC WTP in Letellier, Manitoba, as part of the Pembina Valley Water Cooperative Letellier WTP Upgrades project. The equipment will include immersed UF Membrane equipment, Reverse Osmosis Membrane equipment, PLC and Control Panels, and
ancillary items necessary for a fully functional treatment package, as further described in this RFP.
a) The Work under the Supply Contract will be performed in two phases, as further described in this RFP:
Phase 1: PART A1 Shop Drawings and PART A2 Pilot Testing Work
Phase 2: PART B Equipment Supply and PART C Commission and Performance Testing Work MWSB will award the successful Supplier both Phase 1 and Phase 2 work for the agreed to pricing. The Supplier will only proceed with Phase 1work with the initial award of the Supply Contract. The Supplier will then proceed with Phase 2 work only when a Novation Agreement has been signed and the Supply Contract has been transferred to the Construction Contractor.
