Description: 

Construction of two new secondary cells to the east of the existing secondary cell and a new wetland for phosphorus removal. The existing secondary cell will be converted to a primary cell by removal of the existing dyke section. The work also includes upgrade to the existing Lift Station and all associated electrical works.
