Project Description:  Construction of a new 509,000 m3 secondary lagoon cell, upgrades to existing lagoon cells, replace existing aeration systems in Cell 1, 2 and 3, sludge removal from Cell 1 including dewatering and landfill disposal (provisional item), site piping, two (2) 613 L/s vertical Submerged Attached Growth Reactors (SAGR) cells, SAGR influent lift station and effluent/recirculation lift station each rated at 613 L/s, associated forcemains, 560 m2 pre-engineered Operations building, emergency genset, upgraded existing blower building for lagoon aeration, site/civil, structural, architectural, process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical instrumentation/controls and associated works.
