Description: 

1. Supply and construction of a new WTP building including concrete slab foundation and superstructure.
2. Upgrade Well #1 and Well #2 with new pumps, drop pipe, and electrical service.
3. Installation of site piping, including connections to existing underground infrastructure, including process waste line (gravity sewer).
4. Supply and installation of new water treatment equipment.
5. Supply and installation of new 240V-1ph service from existing CSTE to WTP building.
6. Supply and installation of new mechanical equipment and electrical instrumentation and controls.
7. Commissioning of water treatment equipment and training of Parks staff in Summer of 2026.
8. Site restoration and finish grading of site with topsoil and seed.
9. All work shall conform to the plans and these specifications and the MWSB Standard Construction Specifications
